Ignoring the thing with the fuel for now and just who's in which helicopter, this is what we've got so far:

The other two names of the helicopters are: Guepard (wixard's note) and Tatou (Samanfa's note).

I'm going to take an educational guess and say that Tatou is the opposite to Samanfa's helicopter as that'd fit with the other notes having instructions on for different helicopters but no point saying for certain when it can be confirmed outright.

We still have 5 players that need to give their info. @!:random!:!; @KrushGear; are the two pilots

yes but your partner is from Guepard and I'm in the Castor helicopter so snr or the unknown person is my partner. as snr doesn't have a primary objective of finding a partner, my partner is likely to be the unknown person who hasnt posted their PM yet.
