i always have cold feet and hands

half time i have to wear socks in bed (how attractive!) cos i cant sleep if they're freezing

I guess they could be to a point, as in if they are wet due to my socks (my job sometimes requires me to go outside every 15 minutes so if it's raining I'm screwed) then I will feel them more. However, I can't complain as I don't do anything to make them warmer as I don't wear socks or slippers around the house so that won't help.
