Had ours on the 9th. Had lunch and a lot of drinks into the night. I work for a small company but a lot of us are young so we all go pretty hard. A few minor incidences with people who got too drunk but nothing too major.

We have our official one in January, it's the same every year and we get a 3 course meal, drinks vouchers etc. I think they do it in January so people might have a little money to spend and have the ability to book it off if they want to.

This Friday - Most of them will be smashed after the meal.

I have to say, I had a really good time. Was drunk before the meal even started

We had an unofficial one, which was basically everyone getting really drunk. It was great. I actually loved it. All the managers got banned from a nightclub and I danced all night long without a care in the world.
our official one is in January though, I probably won't go to the meal part of it because I'll end up working it, but I'll go out for drinks afterwards and hope it'll be as good. Made a couple of new friends too
