They stink because they cannot accept their problems and the email will be answered in a few weeks times if they bother answering them.
Ok. On an average, The number of people who played habbo is around 8000 or over (not accurate). Most people who use the Habbo Help tool e-mail habbo like 40 times over one issue. I'd think that around 2000 or over out of those 8000 players e-mail habbo expecting a reply straight away. Remember, they are moderating and updating there web page and hotel alot. I've used the Help Tool once over a credits issue but I got the reply straight away. Don't think e-mailing them 20 times in a day will get it answered quicker. Your just filling up their inbox making it harder to get to your problem

One reason why they stink as a business. Most businesses take in any kind of critisizm, Habbo merely lies, like that Hackings
Ok. That point is right. They did try to mask the problem and come up with witty reply's. No other corp does that. Microsoft for example tackle the problem head on and apologise for what had happened.

and they do not answer emails the best that they can get
    .

Reitarating my first point, your not the only one with problems on habbo.

That's when hiring more staff comes into play, they are not poor, they can manage them. But alas, they only want money but are to blind to see how to make a sustainable amount

Tushay! However, Some people can't become hobba's or moderators because they are unerage anyway. They want you to be of a mature age for a reason.

I was hinting staff to work either from home or in an office that specifically answer emails

Yeah, that's a good idea. But, there are alot of downsides to working at home aswell. Lack of communication is one. Convo's on messeger cause freezing to computers and e-mail providers block off e-mail's from habbo as well. The copy of the software is another. Fake E-mail addresses with virus attachments could cause them to be fired. I'm sure there are others

Btw: Isn't this off topic? :S

    Does it matter

Anyway, they do not neccessarily need to use MSN to contact Habbo Staff if there is a problem, working at Home will basically be

Answer Emails > Error > Phone Habbo > 1 Person Done

Basically they only need to phone when there is a big problem, plus they could be trained how to deal with certain situations and therefore communication with Habbo will be alot lower.

Gomme is smart and I'm a nooboid
Your like a robot, answers and responses to everything.
It is a good idea anyway. Maybe they should trail it and see how it goes. Never know what could happen.

I've personally got no problem with the advertisements, Habbo do need to make money to keep running and there's no point them paying to promote themselves in magazines and stuff when they can promote themselves on their own site.

If there was one change that could be made though, I'd ask that it didn't pop-up for people ALREADY in HC, as that seems a little pointless.
