I e-mailed about it and they never replied :S

Uh, I see lots of friendly welcomes and me upholding the fan site way as written by Ms. Jay. Yeah, how terrible of me. What was I thinking?! What was everyone thinking?! Friendly welcomes?! It's just not on!

EDIT - And you can have more than one account. You're only not allowed more than one account if you're using one to bypass a ban, for obvious reasons. You'll only be punished if you break the rules, the rules are written so that the stupidest chimp could understand them.
