    i keep it bottled up which makes it worse then when it comes out it comes out and every knows about it

    I know this sounds stupid and religious, but I sometimes pray, pray for things to get back to normal, pray for me to calm down.
    I sometimes just cry
    Sometimes I scream and stamp my feet
    Sometimes I go on 'igod' It really works!
    I slam things down

    The other daii, I'd spent the daii with my mate who was moving away.
    AND
    I'd just been on holidaii and had all my filming from that on my camera
    Then I didn't know that yoo were menna MOVE your things to a different folder before clearing your camera.. Uhm... So I cleared my camera with it in the file and it had all gone.
    I cried SO SO SO SO hard I just couldn't stop, I threw things over, I wen t on msn and told my mates what had happend, she advised 'igod' I went on that, and I'd convinced myself I would NEVER get over it And I have
    And now I'm fine , I still want it back though
    I'll post a thread with the 'igod' shortcut When I can get it cause it's REALLY long

    Punch stuff and grit my teeth.

    I'm generally a happy person, but when I'm due on my 'woo-hoo' I get annoyed easily.

    I usually shout at my mum and she shouts back, i listen to depressing music which i wouldnt usually listen to, or i cry when im on my own. This has only started recently because i used to be happy 24/7. Im still 90% happy though which is pretty fab :-)
