umm i'm not eating chicken anymoreAnyways, its about a Hyped 'epidemic' that could (I'll state again could) wipe out 150 million peoples.
Lol, it's not called chicken flu. 'Avian influenza', more commonly dubbed bird flu, is a highly fatal disease that as of yet, only affects birds.
What scientists fear is that this will combine with human influenza and create a mutated strand that can be transmitted from human to human. Though it would be less lethal after mutation, it's still feared to cause a pandemic and could kill 150 million worldwide, and I think 50 000 (or 500 000 - I'm not too sure) Brits.
It's got nothing to do with eating chicken. It's an airborne disease which you'd catch just like regular flu.
Transported by species of birds that migrate to different countries due to climate affects etc...Originally Posted by Bear-Max

I'm not really bothered about it? I don't see the fuss, too much Hype. Oh well, KFC is still owns :p
You'll see the fuss when people start dying
It can be combatted, but typically, the government don't have enough supplies of the drug that people need to take.
