Who programmes it? Sulake.
Who hires people? Sulake.
Who is Callies boss? Sulake.

If Sulake want to make a profitable income without the need of releasing rubbish very week, they should think about their services, hiring staff to answer emails and only emails, maybe have an account on Habbo if they really need one. I think Callie is a fine HM, I liked Jibbi, but Callie does her job, and gets on with life, through thick and thin. People who yap at her just hold her back from her job.
