I had a lump in the back of my head about the size of a 10 p piece but round. I had it removed but it was a something like a saricious syst (Dunno how to spell) I had it removed when i was about 9. Mine hurt though. but only when i lay down or brushed it or really touched it in anyway. lol, it was nothing to worry about. I had to have it removed though because they were worried that if it got any bigger it would leak fluid into my brain or something or it could of become cancerous. Meh i duno. It was all fine thou, except i had to have a patch of hair shaved...

Yer, when i was in hospital having mine removed there was another girl having the same thing done but hers was on her forehead. Hers was smaller though and they said it proberly wouldn't leave a scar.
I was born with mine and it grew as i grew so i dont know if it could be the same thing.
