Ok well the Fansite Policy from November 2012 doesn't mention that VIP can't be sold. Someone mentioned other fansites are selling it - which ones? Also, does anyone know where the list of official fansites is then. Because if it's no longer on habbo.com/groups/fansites then I guess the Fansite Way on that group doesn't matter now.

Ok well the fansites on there are different to the ones on the other group. So, http://www.habbo.com/groups/fansites is an old group that's not used anymore and therefore I can't see any reason why we wouldn't be allowed to sell VIP .

I think VIP+ would work for a bit because It'd be new and people would want it! But after a while won't it just become another thing that people don't care about?
