Your hilarious need to look righteous and important is the real cause of this - I'd written a thankyou message and planned to simply get on with repairing the building myself (despite it having been griefed by another user who refused to help at all) until I noticed you'd seen the need to mute me in order to have some semblance of success about you.

I felt the need to stand up for the victim who you was personally attacking for no reason other than you dislike their appearance.
I muted you and Flicker simply to stop the whole argument and allow you to continue building.
Dan agreed with suspending you, so I am pretty sure he would of felt muting you instead (which is less extreme) would be acceptable.

When I call someone an idiot it is generally after they just did something dumb and that also affects me (normally wasted time).
Someone being in the game who may or may not be "fat" does not affect you in any way what so ever.
I admit I can be a little hash sometimes with the idiot insults however I don't go on for nearly as long as you did... it was almost constant!

btw, I know you like to think that you know what's going on with the server but it seems you're quite unable to think practically, or you might have seen that although Apple did indeed set Graham's house ablaze, a tower of lava and water reaching up to the sky can't appear from a floor fire. Even the log you posted showed part of my work right at the top of it:

The water block which extended the lava floods to include water and obsidian streaks, if you'd cared to check the placement. Also the lava I dropped can't have been long before that and should have been spotted easily. Really not much of a moderator.

I believe in the modern world it goes something like this: Innocent till proven guilty
Unfortunately there was no evidence due to the block logger being down.
And any form of greifing revenge or not is still a perfectly good reason to ban someone in my books.



I would also like to point out that this would never of happened if Tom had just apologised for the constant fat insults towards Hilly.
He refused to accept that there was anything wrong with this.
Since Tom and Flicker were banned the community spirit was the most enjoyable I have felt in a while.

No but sometimes they are quite funny. It seems you've now lost the ability to understand a sentence, or else you'd have realised I was actually saying that even a person with learning difficulties was able to see that your "logic" didn't work

The victim was myself, having had my newly-done building burned to a skeleton and the culprit refusing to assist me in any way with rebuilding. Muting may not have been such a problem if you'd actually given warning of it rather than saying "ok now shut up, not that you have a choice" once you'd been proved wrong. Admire the professionalism there

I never got an apology for the damages done to me, nor any kind of reparation whatsoever. Why I should be courteous to a character that denies me such decencies I cannot imagine, particularly when I am his superior. As for the latter part, I am most pleased that the moistness of Hooperchooper's analingus was enjoyable for you

Now, hopefully this doesn't cross the line and I get infracted or warned for it. I have read stuff in this thread which can equal the severity of this so hopefully I'll be fine.

The server is becoming crap due to a moderator and there are too many rules and regulations. Before Stuto actually had a static address for the server, the server was much more fun when there were no superiors except for Dan. Of course, since the popularity is rising, some rules do have to come into play but I just don't agree with the fact you have to "line up" and get interviewed for the /ff command. Then, players who've been with the server from almost the start aren't allowed to use the cuboid feature or whatever because we can't be trusted. When the moderator gets to build an almighty ship or whatever with it and be proud of that.

Yeah, you code stuff but that doesn't mean you can be trusted; you've burnt more down more stuff than some of the older members have. Yes Cecer, you've picked up on my dislike of you and I've noticed that. The thing is, I can't actually play when you're online because you're always bugging me about why I dislike you. When I say no and laugh it off, you teleport me into your glass (cuboided) dome and clear my inventory.

I hope this doesn't come out as rude and I've gotten it read by a staff member so yeah. Won't be replying to any counter-argument from you Cecer just to prevent arguments and infractions and stuff. Thx.

Maybe it's time for everyone to have a permissions reset. All would be wiped apart from the server scripts and map, and then it's like you're new players.

Cecer, please remember you're a mod to help script testing. The rest can give it a rest, stop arguing about irl stuff, that's what facebook is for. This is a casual 'test' server and I don't want people to not play because of another member.
