As in turning a blind eye, or passing the tests?

I don't think so, I mean Orton's been suspended twice, Booker T was suspended, Edge was suspended, Jeff Hardy's been suspended twice. That's four of their biggest stars there, and I feel as if it is all very legitimate.

As for Batista, he was a bodybuilder pre-wrestling. There are bigger guys in the world than Batista, it's not like his physique is impossible to both obtain and maintain, especially when a huge percentage of a WWE wrestler's life is eat, wrestle, gym.

Ziggler could have done anything prohibited, from narcotics, pills, steroids.

Hm. But dont you get the feeling sometimes that some main superstars miss it...

...what I personally want to say is that Vince must have some favorite superstars who are 'known to have skip the Wellness testing'. That makes me sound VERY bitter and knowing my luck I am wrong.. but Vince looked un-natural for his age, HHH went suddenly HUGE from his old look, Batista looks like if you prodded him he would pop.. but yeah, they probs just spend a lot of time working out (no ****).. but yeah.

No felony, the WWE has a wellness policy because of what happened to Benoit I do believe. Batista is big because he was a body builder before, yes, he took steroids but if you look at him when he came to the WWE and last monday he's got a lot smaller because he's off them. Triple H used to be on steroids which was clear, now he isn't.

Incorrect, the Wellness Policy has been around since before Benoit. (Pretty sure). I did sound pretty bitter, but im sure there are a few that do get around it somehow...

on that note, do TNA have a wellness policy?

Yeah I agree some do look huge such as John Cena, he is just massive but I don't think they let anything slip to be honest.

I'm not sure about TNA because D-Von Dudley has been training for Mr.Olympia which every bodybuilding fan knows is the yearly event for body building. He's bulked up so much in just 1 year, it must be steroids. I'm glad that angle has come off them because he had big problems when he was on them.

I agree with you if you're talking about years ago such as when Hunter Hurst Helmsley became Triple H, but that was pre-Wellness Policy. I am sure H was assisted in his transformation by steroids. Vince probably dabbled in them too, and he used to also use cocaine, but so did many of the WWE roster, like HBK, X-Pac, a good number of them, but they had no policy to stop them, only drugs tests that were extremely spaced out, with no set list of implications. As society's changed, thee WWE's roster has a different attitude towards the party lifestyle by choice over rules, for the most part.

With John Cena, he has a good physique, but he isn't some "monster of muscle". He was a professional bodybuilder prior to WWE and you can probably do a Google search or something to see pictures of him 3x the size then as he is now, and clean.

TNA has implented a Wellness Policy now, as recent as a couple of weeks ago. They had a round of drugs test a few months ago and those who failed were simply told to get off whatever they are doing, otherwise they will be punished next time.

The WWE's Wellness Policy was established a little after Eddie Guerrero's death.

    Angle looks very 'scrawny' lately...

And yeah, I think steorids is a silly idea and wrestlers like Bourne and Hardy prove you dont need them, saying that they are cruiserweights.
