I wish john barrowmen would have a role on the show again.

Also I wonder if we see rivers first meeting with the doctor.

And finalement, i loved how clever this episode was like when the fbi agent does the doctors bow tie and then he has a recording, it was cool. The only sort of plot hole possibilities I noticed though is
1- why are they sealing the dr if even the president knows hes helping
2- where did they get the material which sealed the doctor
3- why was the president surprised that he can travel in time yet you can see him clearly walk into the tardis and the fact that alone brings all the new ideas, why is the future impossible?

Amazing 2 parter, however next week it looks like its back to campy crap. But respect where it is due that episode was clever and gripping.

    4 possiilities for the girl.

    1. It's Riversong and she's a timelord
    2. It's Amy's child
    3. It's the Dr's daughter from 3 seasons ago
    4. It's the love child of Riversong and the Dr

Okay I just realised that the Doctor just made the human race commit genocide. Like, yeah he gave them a choice but it's usually not his style to kill off an entire race like that. Even super parasites.

I liked Episode One and half of this one but the last half was just dire exposition and "revelations" shoved in, along with "teasers". The LOST agenda all over again, I knew it would happen and I hate myself for trusting Moffat.

See, I like the intrigue but I hate the delivery and after a whole series of just massive intrigue and little delivery peppered throughout 2 years I'm just starting to lose faith in the show.

At number 3, timelords still have the child/adult difference so an adult wouldnt regenerate into a child form. I think so anyway.

The Doctor did not order the humans to kill the silence, the silence ordered that the humans kill them.

That's a good point actually. Either I missed the one line of dialogue that explains everything, as it is with NewNewWho, but why on Earth did Canton have to feign that hunt when the Doctor is friends with President Nixon? Was it to put the Silence off, which was pretty redundant when they could be literally everywhere, and there'd be no point when they're trying to sneak around the orphanage and they realise the crew is still alive.

Agreed. It was so complex to start, and suddenly everything gets revealed as a quick snowball effect, leaving one thing that'll probably play on for the WHOLE SEASON (yet again... crack story practically repeating). This sort of episode was okay once in a while, as it was when Davies wrote most of them... but now it's all a bit intense :S

No, he twisted their words. As I remember that Silence guy talked about how powerless human beings were. Canton caught the footage and then sent it to the Doctor who then put it on the screen and made everyone kill everyone.

Why would the Silence order the humans to kill them anyway? The lone Silent was just squabbling and defenceless.

Also bugs me how he's happy to let River kill all the guys who are just standing around while some lone Silent tells the human race to destroy his whole race. I BET THEY'RE ANGRY WITH HIM EY'?
