I reckon we're going to see him again 'cos in an old episode (can't remember which one, wasn't too long ago) we saw a flashforward/back (confusing due to time travel lol) where he was there when Pierre Chang first discovered the frozen donkey wheel thing. If that makes any sense lol

There was some speculcation that the two skeletons in S1 were Rose and Bernard. Or maybe they're with the Others now.

Also there is a whole episode dedicated to Faraday later this season. We also see him graduating from Oxford with his mum by his side.

In the Finale it's been said we get to see Rose, Bernard and Vincent again.

As for Faraday, hes been at the Orchid station most likely, as well as spooking young Charlotte out.

THE TIME OF RECKONING BEGINS AS DANIEL FARADAY COMES CLEAN REGARDING WHAT HE KNOWS ABOUT THE ISLAND

On the 100th episode milestone for the series, the time of reckoning has begun when Daniel Faraday comes clean regarding what he knows about the island.

Episodes before that one have not listed Faraday being part of the main cast, so we've got two episodes to wait before we find out what shennanigans hes being doing.

I'm guessing he always knew A LOT more than he ever told anyone. Will be interesting.

Another thing which could disprove Sun being Chang's daughter. Miles. Miles is the same ethnicity as Chang, and another thing which could back him being on the island before is the fact that he got a nosebleed before any of the Losties during the time-shifts. Faraday responded going like 'you sure you haven't been here before?' as the nosebleeds occur if you've been on the island for a loong time beforehand, see Charlotte.
However! Miles is allowed to be in the same era as Changs baby, but thats -IF- the child is him. Unlike Sun who got stuck in '07.
