They most definately would have, there wouldn't be any reason for them not to have access to the server scipts, info and have administrator privaledges themselves.

Although they didn't state why, I can predict a reason is that if you're running someone then you'd want someone you know well or yourself to run it to be as efficient as possible.

This was decided and posted about ages ago lol like even before all the griefing and you destroying my area of the map. It was more to do with how Cecer is a terrible mod whom we couldn't trust with power considering how much griefing and server crashing is in his history, but then apparently (I can't say for sure as this is just what Niamh told me) you were being too demanding with what you wanted from a VPS which we were doing you a favour getting, despite your saying that you couldn't be around much to help anyway. As for Niamh not giving you a reason, I was told you two basically ignored him, but again I wasn't there so can't be 100%

Anyone wanting to stay on the stuto server is more than welcome we're not getting violent about stealing a couple of users lol, my earlier statement was written in the belief that people would prefer a 24/7 build server, but anyone's free to go on whatever one they want obv

Never was being demanding, I just wanted to know more about how they were planning to run it. Such as how they were going to become sustainable and the potential profit they'd be able to make from it. How can I be demanding from a VPS? I was giving the minimum specifications which a minecraft server needs to run, if that is too much for you guys to afford then you should have done your research before starting the project. I was stating I couldn't be around much until a specified date, which turned out to be before you were planning to start the project anyhow.

I'm not going to continue this debate because it is silly, least because you're only their forum manager and aren't running it.

Oh and just to make it clear, the minimum amount of RAM for a minecraft server is 1024mb. If you're expecting any more than 10 players online at a time without that much RAM then you'd probably better rethink your plans.

    ----------Adding on------------

I didn't 'destroy' your area, I pruned the map because it was quite an extreme adventure which more than quadroupled the size of the map. Also the creation you made whilst there was restored at another location. And before you say anything about it being the landscape please know I understand but I just couldn't leave the map so large.

Basically was Tom has said is almost true, and yes i didn't give a reason why because i was literally ignored. Not a single reply. We thought of you guys originally because we had seen that you and cecer were managing to do this quite effectively. Me and titch were insanely surprised when you were demanding that we open on a date to suit you, as you were busy (if busy, then don't do it.). That put us off but we were fine with it and we agreed we'd get it when we get it. I then stalked this thread a lot, and after seeing that actually quite a lot of people disliked Cecer, and no offense to you Dan, but i can pretty much manage the server quite effectively and would as you said, be a lot easier and more efficient.

I think the clincher was this massive arguement thats been happening really, and all this drama. Me and Titch just decided we didn't want that kind of atmosphere from the beginning, a fresh start with no drama.

As to stealing users, pretty much what Tom said.

Ok, now it's time for some good news.

On the day of the permission reset users will be given extra permissions by default. This will include cuboid.

Cuboid is a tool which can be used for fast building and fast modifications. Users must be cautious when using it as it can be misused easily and cause damage.
New members unknown to the forum will not get these permissions immediately.

It is likely uberaxe will also return soon after a bug fix.

Any misuse of these tools will lead to a ban. /undo will fix most misuses for only the single previous action, but can't be taken for granted.

Extremely large modifications/builds must be done in smaller chunks to reduce the strain on the server.

i dont see why you dont just push through the problems and collaborate. Dan does have regular periods where he doesnt reply but it all gets sorted.

From all i gather from just your post, You are using this as an excuse to start your own.

Loving the sound of the cuboid update. I really am looking forward to getting back on the server now.
