Arguing about anime is pointless on this forum because 99% of the people on here are either ignorant or couldn't care less. I recommended some anime films in a thread in the film section asking for animated films and they were promptly discarded because 'they're anime' - as if there is a difference. I'm so glad I discovered anime and don't have to live my days in ignorance. People with even the slightest interest in visual media are missing out on so much if they completely disregard anime. It's such a diverse and interesting medium that is always pumping out everlasting greatness and potential. I can't understand the mentality of someone who can says they dislike anime, because to me that's like saying you dislike music.

Your room is like a museum! Liking the Japanese One Piece volumes. My manga collection has grown exponentially. I should post a picture some time.
Expo next weeeeeeeek. Got my tickets, hotel is booked, loaded with cash - can't wait! Hoping to get a few anime series on DVD, need some new anime that I can actually watch on my TV. Don't know what series' to get though, guess I'll see what takes my fancy at the time. Maybe buy the Nana manga too.

Anyway, people still keeping up with Gintama? Sa-chan's arc was brilliant. Hoping either the pool and shogun episodes are next or the four heavenly kings arc which is just amazing.
