ESPN, and all other cricket teams apart from England ... as it shows how low England can go to try and win a series.

Indeed, but if you find out someones secrets, then that does help a lot, like finding out batsmen's weaknesses. If they didn't pay the excoach, England would not have a clue what will work against the Australian batsmen.

I have said from day 1, its unfair and not how cricket should be played. England ruin crickets name by doing such things, hence they are one of the most disliked countries for cricket. The only reason (and deep down people know its true) the world dislikes Australian cricket team is because they are so damn good.

Anyway good start by them, 2 overs 2 wickets. Would certainly put the Aussies under pressure.

Aww bless, trying your best to take the shine off Englands performance, bless.

And yeah I totally agree with what Catzsy said.

102 all out and 50 something all out speaks for itself.

Yeah and no one can deny that, however that was 6 months ago, this is a totally different game, history means nothing, it is what it is, and history stays history.

I think you have got the concept of timing/dates wrong as 102 all out was on 7 August 2009.
And history doesn't matter if it was a completely different team or around 2 years old.

Well seeing as though you're always going on about how the WI beat us, I thought you were on about when they beat us pretty easily.

And yet again, does that score matter? we are on the verge of winning the series, 1 innings is a small space of time compared to a whole series, the score doesn't lie.

Stats mean nothing in this game.

    I'm gonna be frank.

This thread is about The Ashes 2009.

At the moment England are playing damn well in The Ashes 2009.

    End of story.

Seriously don't you think that all countries do it? - they study videos of matches and anything that will help them. It's called sport. There is not a scrap of evidence to back up your theories here. As far as I know the world does not hate any cricket team beyond the normal 'sports rivalry'. Personally
I feel you are starting to sound like a broken down record on this subject and please don't post any more 'evidence' from partisan websites. Just enjoy the game of cricket and may the best team win whether it be England or Australia. All countries and sport teams 'hate' the opposition until after the match whether is be football, rugby or cricket.

I think that says it all.

Anyway, England need a couple more wickets I feel in this morning session, I think we should bring Collingwood on, the off-cutters that Broad were just bowling were ripping the pitch apart, bring Collingwood on as that is what he does.

    hence I mentioned 102 all out ...

And yes they study videos, which is pretty obvious :S, but they still don't know every secret.
