I don't buy all this **** with people saying they didn't even expect England to get past the group stages, though. Roy Hodgson needs to look to the England youth team in preparation for the World Cup. Gerrard, Lampard, Terry etc are all past it. Rooney is an overrated piece of ****, too.

Young should have been off long ago for the Ox, rather than bring on HENDERSON of all people. Also was there a fitness problem with Welbeck? If not I don't see why he needed to come off, he was outperforming Rooney by a long way

rooney looked unfit, and that was apparent for the majority of the game. don't understand why they'd throw henderson on, in the most important game, when they needed to win the ball and get a goal. legit think he had 2 touches lol

Rooney and Ashley Young were the worst players on the pitch.

Carroll did more from 60' onwards than Rooney did all game.

I'm not going to blame Hodgson though as you cannot make chicken salad when all you have is chicken sh!t.
