Maybe find the gauges folder, in the download?
Or, go for planes with gauge folders in the download,
Or, search avsim for the correct gauges

Maybe there is a gauges folder, inside your downloaded folder.
check?
Or just search avsim for the right gauges..
They shouldnt disappear just because of 6-8 custom planes.
Maybe you have removed the folder from your "aircraft" folder. Maybe check, to see if the folders are there
Basically I added folders of aircrafts to my Aircraft folder and no problems they were on the game but now every aircraft I add doesn't seem to be there and they're definately in the folder.
If you buying from ebay,
search for Flight Simulator 2004
Should be easier to find, also.
Id recommend FS9/04 as although it doesnt have as many expectations than FSX it runs smoothly on most pcs.
For your pc it would run great. So.. Go for it =]
Hmm. Maybe check on how you install the aircraft
Some aircraft you dont just add the folders. You need to add seperate files and stuff.
Maybe thats your problem?
I hope you've not overridden your default aircraft folder, otherwise you'll have to re-install.
