Using the paper map:
Ralph Ostrowski - He's in the quarry. E5, where the race marker is.

Larry Tupper - Near an old abandoned farm. E2, there's a road that's like a 'U' with 2 dirt roads across to the right of Great Chaparral.

Glenn Scoville - Top of Mount Chiliad. C4. He's going to paracute so get the parachute near the dirt bike he has and follow him to the ground.

Curtis Weaver - Hobo camp, opposite the truck stop. B4. There's political banners across the entrance so not hard to miss.

You get more money for not killing them so if it's a vehicle chase, wreck the vehicle. If not, try and stun them.

Got 100% yesterday. Still have to get the nuclear, submarine parts then 70 gold medals. Can't be bothered though.

Yeah I was looking through my friends the other day and you were like 90 something percent and i was like what addict. I think I'm only on 40% or so, taking it slow so i'm not over and done with it too soon. Not even played it the last few days for some reason
