Haven't watched any form of anime in absolutely ages. I'm thinking of rewatching Death Note or picking up from where I left off with Shippuuden. Not sure which one yet.

You should watch Samurai Champloooooooooooooooooo.
Never heard of it, what's it about?
It's about two samurai and a girl in search for a legendary samurai who 'smells like sunflowers'. The main story itself is very vague at the start and many of the episodes go off on hilarious tangents, but the last couple of episodes really are the icing on the cake and it has an unbelievable amount of both memorable scenes and characters. It's one of those rare series that really reminds you why you watch anime in the first place.
Sounds quite... strange, but I suppose I could have a look. How many episodes does it have?
Twenty six. If you want something shorter then I recommend Baccano (13 episodes) or if you're after a movie check out Sword of the Stranger.![]()
Saw that like two years ago. It's quite good. Wish Gainax did more short things like it.
and yes Samurai Champloo, far better than Shippuuden why people still watch it i do not know
