The menu bar is just the default but I've turned transparency off.

System Preferences -> Desktop & Screen Saver -> Untick Translucent Menu Bar

I know how to turn the transparency off I just thought it looked a bit glossy for the Leopard menu bar, must just be my eyes... thanks for the wallpaper.
