I got asked to include transgender, its a touchy one I do get that tho

It's not a 'touchy one' it's just not a sexuality, that simple.

thats not the point, the poll results might have changed for people who commented in 2010/11

it is a touchy one, some people call it a sexuality as well as gender identity. Not my personal view but tbh I have no need to justify anything
