googling them both together brings up:
rhode island vs delaware! smallest states square off
so i looked and rhode island is smallest with delaware 2nd which would make new jersey the 5th

I cant find any material mentioning the exact order of signage of the declaration of independence
people know me because of that shower thing one time and I do not regret anything
upon further review I feel a rather mild regret is warranted
