Because he was 'injured'/eliminated out of the fight for the title by Randy Ortons kick to his head and he was also just before that in a feud with Randy Orton and was a big part of evolution as Triple H was... He was also scheduled to be returning sometime soon so I figured it'd be fitting for them to bring him back during something like this.

Batista did suffer an injury, it was his Hamstring.

WWE creative team decided to shoot an angle for Batista to get him out of work for a few months to heel up, this was where Randy Orton punted him in the skull...

Draft doesn't mean **** anymore. Everyone shows up on every show anyway. I'm usually excited for the draft but not this year. I'll watch it when I wake up, not worth staying up for.

There's no way Rey would go to raw.

I have a feeling Taker might get drafted to Raw though.

Plus I never stay up for Raw, the adverts are on every five minutes, there no need for it, I don't have the patience so I just record it then watch it early in the morning.
