In the tunnel the more creatures you kill generally the better the reward. The more normal creatures you kill the better the random stuff is like runes, if you kill all the brothers you get a better chance of getting barrows.
If you had a decent mage level, use fire blast =)

I have done it 30 times but i just used to kill brothers get chest and tele lol.
