1. Less chance of cancer
2. Less chance of getting fat
3. Less chance of getting diseases
Though you may think your healthier, your actually alot LESS healthier, because the animals may not be healthy in the first place. Also meat gets alot of grease which isn't really healthy.
There is alot of things out there for vegetarians

I don't eat fish/gelatin like some 'vegetarians' do
There is things like
"Quorn" and "Linda Mcartney" Which is fake meat which builds you with LOTS of protein, you can also get protein in cheese, milk, yoghurt, things like that.
Now I am happy, healthy, and alot skinnier
and I feel SO much better because...
WHY THE HECK should animals be killed for our eating pleasure?
2) Less chance of getting fat - Uhm, meat doesn't really make you fat anyway does it? Anyway as long as you excersise well and don't just eat rubbish you shouldn't get fat anyway
3) Less chance of getting diseases - The only diseases I can think of by eating meat are food poisoning, so basically if you cook your meat properly you should be fine.
But whatever, if you want to be vegitarian that's your choice, I'm not really bothered :p

Fish, is the most heathy thing a human can possibly eat, We are perfectly adapted to eat it, since it has been a primory socres of food for a VERY long time.
And Unlikly for two reasons. if i went to a butecher i could get veyr high qualty meat and know its sorce.

Sorry rant over. Mentor has already proved that veggies are equal, or less healthier than meat eaters. I mean, fgs, heard of the food chain? *starts ranting again* - We, humans, are designed to eat meat AND vegtables, look how we are designed. If we were designed to eat just veggies we would have much more molars than other teeth to crunch, but we don't. Few (maybe no?) mammals are just vegetarians.
I'm not against veggies, my best friend is a veggie, but when somebody turns around and says i don;t eat meat so i'm healthy that ticks me off.
