    I'm a vegan, I used to be vegetarian.

    I'm on the diet for the animal factor, I think that cows bred for dairy etc shouldn't be treated as badly as they do and it's ridiculous that you can't buy free range milk.

    I've been a vegan for a year now and I've only slipped up once. I was in our shopping centre and there was a chocolate fountain, I could'nt resist! It was okay though because all there produce was from the local farm and I knew that their animals were treated really well.

    Your a vegan poor you , vegans are a tad silly in my opinion the cows dont get killed when thet get milked so i dont see why not drink milk and its surposidly pleasurable when they get milked for the cows
