I make a clientside [insert furni here] in my room, then change through all the variations until I've found them all. There's never that many, so it doesn't take long.

Or alternatively the colour variants are listed in the externals.

I like colour variations - it's handy when everything in a room you make is of the same colourscheme, and 'sets' of things are pretty cool too - just the thought of having all 10 Dragons together is hawt.

I can't stand going through the externals, my way is better :p I know what you mean about sets though, I wouldn't put my Bronze Trophy down (when it was 6 dinos, when dinos were 20T) because I didn't have the set. Ended up selling it for about 3000 credits or something like that. o.O
