Um maybe its becasue they are chaning the prices of dogs and just threw in a quick bug fix while they were at it ?

When installing new versions they do it unannounced and do take down the homepage. Also just before they install it they upload files to servers which causes you to get disconnected from Habbo.

The same things are happening as they did before Version 6, 7 and 8 were installed.

Sulake can do things with lots of hotels at once. Notice when the new Eyes and hair were added, they were added to all hotels within an hour time frame with each other. Even the Au Hotel was done at the same time as UK.
