Let me point a few things out.

1) I did not take the screen shot (as someone said I did)
2) If we forget the screen shot for a second, there is still the other rumour that Callie got suspended. (Which from what I'm hearing from respected Habbo's is true)

Someone pointed this out ages ago. It is fake, someone made it with a scripting tool. There was also an email sent by someone from Habbos.co.uk that made people believe someone called Chalk would be the new HM.
