hearing aids are for like old people or people who cant hear well.

They just amplify the sound.

But i know abuot those big machines that have actually gotton people to hear stuff who have been deff since birth but those are not like portable yett i dont think. And it is not like crystal clear sound.

blind. when one sense fails the others are heightened so you have extremely good hearing and its good for like karate lots of the good karate masters are blind they follow the sound of your body movements tis l33t
