Apparently all the new year celebrations were kinda toned down as a mark of respect, you kinda feel bad welcoming in a new year, when for others they are still getting over their families death, injury etc.

Its a terrible thing guys, trust me. Millions of people are homeless. The death toll is over 225,000 and many ppl are gonna die of disease. And think about all the people who lived but lsot their family. Thats probably even worse than dying, to lose everyone you loved. Its a heart rendering thing, its really too bad things like this have to happen
