That looks like it was made in Anim8tor or 3D studio max.

Alot of 3D games are made in 3D studio max. Whats your point?

The image is NOT fake. It was obtained by Max/Tex via Sulake database that he managed to access.

And no where does it say about PSP, it's quite a old image.
It was a Habbo Console Game, nowhere did it state anything about it being for PSP.
