Paper 1: Finished 25 minutes before end - Easy.
Paper 2: Finished 20 minutes before end - Easy-Medium.

Yeah. It's cos point AC crossed through the smaller circle. A tangent is a line that cuts a circle into two pieces, which is exactly what the line AC did.
