Hehe what seems like an Idea is this:

Owners can add the items in there, and at the specified price the owner puts (no more that 25) it as, the other habbos can pay up there own coins and have a go at it. Then the owner can received the coins from the machine.

I love the idea! But as the alt isn't the best in the world, maybe you should have oput this in the ideas section so that people focused on that more than the alt? So would that mean that if people had one of these anbd bought stuff for it, anyone that paid for a go, he credits would go to the room owner?
