I emailed them explaining what happened but apparently according to someone I know they dont care and will most likely never unsuspend your account

I'm afraid thats likely mate. I e-mailed them on numerous occasions because my account was locked because one of my buyers had his account hacked and he 'bought' something off of me but it wasnt him and now my accounts locked for the same reason as yours, has been for about 4 months or so ;/

a friend of mine had a problem where he sells things... over the net

he sold a bag to a customer, who then told him that it wasn't as displayed in the picture and sent it back, but the one they sent back wasn't the orignal,

he then told paypal, paypal froze the guys account, but they also froze everyone that guy had come in contact with, you no who he had sent moneys to, received to, meaning the person who had reported it had his account frozen, meaning he lost business and was unable to pay some quite serrious bills

paypal doesn't care.

Yeah it's damn annoying ;/ I now have to use the '5 steps of being unfrozen' which to be honest I cba with,it's only £50. And if they don't bother to read my e-mails properly then I don't see much gonna be done from the 5 steps ;/

And Daza they may be a company but they can't take YOUR money from you, there is laws against it.
