I maybe being slightly scpetical, but they could be saying to stock up on water coolers outside Habbo, because it may get hot... and you may need water, while playing on Habbo.

But then again, it could be an item of furniture, and therefore the only rare that ONLY distributes waters.

Probably refering to an icecream maker, which is v8/v9? Languages never translate from one to another correctly, especially when using an online translater.

It's probably translating from the chinese of "ice"; but in English it comes out as being be "cooled water" and what not.
