    Tip for people wanting to lose weight: DON'T EAT SO *REMOVED* MUCH!

    Ok, srsly though, diets DONT WORK. You start eating healthy, and you lose a few pounds, but you get cravings and you give in and binge, then you feel bad and you've gained weight. You repeat this cycle over and over. Dieting is pointless.

    Diets do work actually, just not the drastic ones like atkins etc.

    Then you will know exactly what goes into it, and you can even manipulate it to make it healthier =)

    If you start the day with a couple of cups of coffee, the caffiene will increase your metabalism and just eat as normal from then on and do exercise. works like a charm
