Plus heres a tip, if you dont want jagex to find the trade. Simply duel with the person they wont pick up on it. Promise, I did it that way, intentially lost about 55M and they didnt even see a thing

Well my mate used to sell it on ebay, and he was safe, I used to proide some mills, and he had a few, He sold 1mill for £10, But now he dosen't, there are alot of sites that sell Rs money too, check them out , don't you have any real life mates that sell mills or rs cash?, its much safer that way , because if they scam you, you can kick the crap out of them
