No, all you are is crap.
www.google.co.uk will have the same search results as www.google.com if you don't click the "only show searches from UK" radio button.
You have to follow the tutorials, you need Photoshop!

That statement is 100% untrue, technically you don't need Adobe Photoshop, but many people find the GUI more simple to learn and there are a more wider variety of tutorials available for Adobe Photoshop. Originally Posted by Vixt
Adobe Fireworks (formally Macromedia) is my choice, but there is also Corel Paint Shop Pro (formally Jasc) The GIMP and even Microsoft Paint. There are many more but just to say there are more than Adobe Photoshop.
