But scamming for real money!?!? That's very stupid as it's against the law. I'd suggest you give them their money back.

There are sites I presume, try searching google. Report to paypal, as they will ban her. You could get the police involved, but theres other options. And don't laugh at that, as you could get them involved. Fraud is against the law.

To be honest, £9, get a life.
I was scammed of £400 on eBay. Contacted my bank and the Internet Fraud department of Lincolnshire Police.
Do you really think they'll care about £9 ?
