Our values are based on the average. And i personally, have seen many throne be sold for 14.5 hcs. However, some are sold for more, such as 15.5 Hcs. Therefore we make our rare value guide as accurate as possible by making an average. Which happens to be 15 Hcs at the moment, for the throne.
If you disagree, with the rare value guide, then dont use it.
We ONLY show the values, we see being traded.
We do not make them up, ourselves.
So if the value drops, people are clearly selling them for less.

Maybe you want us to rise them, coz you have some. And dont want to make a loss ?

the way i think things work with these rare values is :

habbox sets throne to 15hcs because they see people offing that for em and ppl then think oh ill try and get it cheaper by offering 14.5hcs then the habbox rare valuers see that and then set it to 14.5hcs

We do not force anyone into using out guide. Therefore we arent to blame. Also, we dont lower our values, until we see people accepting that. So many people must accept under or above what we suggest, before we change.
If you dont like the habbox rare value guide, dont use it. Its simple. And you are never forced to use our guides, just because others are.
If there are really so many of you, then surely you can trade each other ?
So you dont need to trade the people who follow habbox's guide. You can just trade with each other.
However, if you really want to get the values correct. DON'T go anti-habbox and complain. Either, get a job here and help change them. Coz if your as smart as you say you are, you will have no problem with gettin a job. OR only accept, what you think is right. Then when people pay that, out values will change, to what you think anyway.
So if you disagree with our guide. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, and stop complaining !
