Yes, everything has something to do with packets, but not sending. You don't need to send packets to do it. And you don't need to use a program to do it (apart from artmoney).

Artmoney doesn't change packets lol. It changes headers like A_ @u etc... not packets to make you double lol!!

You don't need to send packets to do this end of. You just edit A_ (I think can't remember).
