Blackheads and spots

How can people call him greasy when everyone is greasy when you come to think of it "/
Plus how you can take the pee out of spots when it's proven over 90% of teens have spots during some stage of their life.

I'd recommend going to the doctors if their bad, they are the professionals after all

SOme of the stuff said on here was kind of harsh!!, Everyone gets spots now and then, some people can get them worse than others!!.
I use this stuff called Freederm, its really good, it helps to fade the spots and then clear them up.

They're not really bad, I only have a few spots and one or two blackheads.

I think that my spots are probably the stage that teenagers go through, but meh

Freederm ahahaha, yea may work for a while but in the end up your spots will be 10x worse then they originally wore, stop using now and go to the frikking doctors even if your spots arn't severe, there stuff actually works.

I'd say start a clensing, toning, mositurising sytem and do it 2 times a day, and get one thats suited to your skin.
See a dermotoligist if you want more information on how to help solve the problem naturally. Or you could visit your GP if its really bad and get tablets to clear it up.
Dont use ordinary soap the PH is to high and too acid. Try to find a product that works for you.

Wash your face with cold water ( to open pours )

rinse with simple face wash

Wash out with warm water ( to close pours)

Do this day and night every night

right if u got a shower cubicle turn shower on to full [red one which is like 12]
and point it at wall then site for about 20=30 mins and ullbe sweating dogs :p

spot stuff:clearasil ,avon spot stick
Back head stuff:clearasil, warm flannel and soap or avon cream [green with black bits in to wipe of muck hurst thogh]
Both : warm shower
