Oh look I see now in the habbo way, dont give a mod furniture

• Ask for or give out passwords, email addresses, messenger contacts, personal photos or other details such as your location or phone number
• Swear or use racist or offensive terms
• Use any programs to hack, script or edit Habbo Hotel in any way
• Trick other Habbos into giving you their passwords, Habbo Credits or furniture
• Describe sexual acts to other Habbos
• Pester people who don't want to talk to you
• Give away, trade or sell your Habbo account
• Trade furniture for credits: if you do this your account may be permanently banned if the trade is done using a fraudulent method.
• Break the law or talk others into breaking it

But there is also this tiny loophole in the T&Cs (although I could be mistaking it for something which it isn't):

2.3 Sulake UK Ltd has no obligation to monitor the Website. However, we reserve the right to review materials posted to the Chat Room and Message Boards and to remove any materials at our sole discretion. Habbo reserves the right to terminate your access to the Chat Room and Message Boards, or the Site at any time, without notice, for any or no reason. The Habbo Hotel Moderator shall treat all colleagues and customers and suppliers on their merit irrespective of sex, age, marital status, colour, creed, race, ethnic or national origin.

But Habbo are professional, and I doubt they'd allow an employee to ban for "no reason" (I would guess it's a loophole, and to tell us what we can expect on their part). If it isn't edited, (which I'm not accusing you of) it's a pretty darn silly ban reason. Good luck with your Help Tool query, and hope that the problem is either rectified, or we get a new addition to the Habbo Way.

i must agree the reason was silly but if the mod was banning or safety banning a account and someone traded you it would delay the process and at the end of the day mods are here to help so i believe he did the right thing a mod will not pointlessly ban a account it is for a reason now just get over it
