To be fair, I can see it being a good idea. But the younger boys aren't mature enough. When I was at school, the school nurse would give out free condoms. Everytime she'd been, they would be around school with people messing with them.. so in principle a good idea.. but not everyone is gonna use them for the right purpose.

Ye but you have to pay of course, so if they want to waste their own money, so be it.

Its a good thing. People need to be more open about sex, everyone is like "HIDE IT FROM THE CHILDREN!" but when youre 12-13, you should learn about it. The more you hide it from them, the more they want to know. So actually, it could actually cut BACK on teen sex.

So yeah, condom machine, sounds good.
