Ok, I have changed the shoes slightly, tamed the hair so it's just smooth except for the fringe and I have changed the shading colours on the jacket.

9 out of 10. all i could say is shading on jacket but its good non the less.

Its too dark... doesnt he wear any other costume during the game you could do?? Hes got black hair, tanned skin, black jacket, black trousers, black shoes, hes on a grey base with a dark red wall...

No, I wanted to draw him like this - Afterall it's a game about shifty crime business is a city full of law breakers.

Edit: Just one more thing I want to say. The feet have hardly been flattened, the shoes are just less chunky than the other ones - They are different shoes.
And the pants are a bit baggy because that's how they are towards the ankles.
