Have you ever won a competition?

I won a Fox Kids competition when I was like 8 :rolleyes: Oh and won some story competition out of my whole school when I was 11 :rolleyes:

Since then my luck's been rubbish...

On my birthday, my brother put a lottery ticket in my card as a joke, but I won £10 . It was quite amusing, because it was the first time he'd bought a winning lottery ticket, and he gave it away... to me!

I was thinking nope but then i remembered i won the book day competition at my primary school (year 4) we had to dress up as book characters and i dressed up as willy wonka and won a £5 book voucher cos mine was one of the best
and when i was year 6 or something my stall at the summer fair came 3rd place but all i won was a crummy medal

i won a massive chocolate hamper at school once if that counts.

when i was on holiday in tenerife i won a medal in a shooting competition at the hotel. i was happy cos i was the youngest there and the only girl.

& this year some of my art classes work was put in the local art gallery along with some other schools work for this competition thing. these judges came round and put a sticker on the best pieces of work & mine was one of them. i won £5 and i was one of the people to be photographed next to my work for the local paper. it was cool.

I ALMOST won karioke(sp), i got through to finals, but i still got a prize for being finalist.

Im not sure ive won anything though.. certificates at school mayb? mm.. nt sure. lol

Only school competitions. Other than that, no. Things like sending in entries you find in newspapers/magazines; never. Tough luck.

i can't really remember. i won a skiing competition in austria when i was like 5?
