You need to add hightlights and more shadowing and shading.
A lot of it lacks depth and texture.
It's obviously cut and paste, you should try and merge things together to make it look smoother, instead of hastily put together so you can post it.
You ripped the 2 girls, and I'm pretty sure they weren't made by Habbo. I know you said you took them, but that still constitutes as ripping as you didn't ask permission or credit the makers.
Nothing special, and definately not deserving of a 10/10.

I love this, amazing is the only word I can think of. It's amazing how you've taken normal things on Habbo and made a section of a street, it's... Amazing!

Regardless to the copy and pasting aswell, it's not what I care abbout!

Only thing I have a problem with is where the lodge bars meet, I think a Lodge Corner could work?
